Everything described here is done with the panels your Mac already has.

We would rather refund a reader quickly than argue about it slowly. The e-book carries a fourteen-day refund window, and the request is simple to make. This page explains exactly how it works.

Last updated: 1 January 2026.

The window

You may request a refund within fourteen days of the date of your purchase. The fourteen days are counted from the day the order was placed, and a request sent on the fourteenth day is in time. After that window closes, the sale is final, except where the law requires otherwise.

How to make a request

  1. Send an emailWrite to [email protected] from the address you used to order, if you can.
  2. Give us the essentialsTell us the name on the order, the date of purchase, and the email address it was sent to. If you no longer have these, say so and we will find the order another way.
  3. Say what went wrongA sentence is enough. If the e-book was not what you expected, telling us why helps us improve it.
  4. We confirmWe reply to confirm the request and to say what happens next, usually within two working days.
  5. The payment is returnedWe return the payment to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

What is covered

The refund covers the price you paid for the e-book, whether the single price or the five-seat team licence. It does not cover any charge your own bank or payment provider applies, which we do not control and cannot return.

What happens to your copy

If a refund is granted, the licence ends and you should remove the e-book from your devices. We do not chase readers over this, because we trust the request. We simply ask that a refunded document is not kept and passed on.

Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or to a remedy, that right applies in full, and nothing here reduces it. If the law in your country gives you longer than fourteen days, the longer period applies to you.

Problems with delivery

If the e-book did not arrive, that is not a refund matter so much as a delivery matter, and it is easy to fix. Check the usual folders where a first message can hide, then write to [email protected] and we will send the copy again. If it still does not arrive, a refund is available within the same fourteen days.

Items that are not refundable

Reading the online chapters costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund there. The refund policy applies to the e-book and to the team licence, which are the only paid items we offer. We do not sell anything else, so no other refund rules are needed.

Fairness to both sides

We know that a written document either suits a reader or does not, and there is no way to tell in advance. That is why the window exists. In return, we ask only that a refunded copy is not kept. Two straightforward rules, and no small print beyond them.

If anything about a refund is unclear, write to [email protected] and ask before the window closes. We will tell you plainly where you stand.
