When we are in
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Mountain Time. We are closed at weekends and on public holidays. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered on the next working day, usually within two working days in total.

Before you write

If your question is about a payment, please have the email address you ordered with to hand; it is how we find the right order. We never ask for card details by email, and we never ask you to run anything on your Mac on our behalf.
