What the paid option includes
The e-book is the printable volume described on the e-book page: every chapter gathered together, plus the checking routine and the reference appendix. One price buys the document outright. You may print it, keep it on the Mac, and read it as many times as you wish. The five-seat team licence is the same document for up to five readers, offered as a single charge rather than five separate orders.
Delivery
Delivery is by email. After purchase, your copy arrives in your inbox at the address you provide, and it is saved on your Mac like any other document. If it does not arrive, write to [email protected] and we will resend it. Because the item is a written document rather than a subscription, there is nothing to keep running and nothing that expires.
Refunds
The e-book carries a fourteen-day refund window. If it is not what you expected, write to [email protected] within fourteen days of purchase and we will return the payment. The full terms are set out in the refund policy, in plain language.
